Analysis of Skills, Training, Research and Innovation Opportunities in Space

The ASTRAIOS (Analysis of Skills, Training, Research, and Innovation Opportunities in Space) Horizon Europe project has made significant strides in recent months, advancing its data collection and analysis efforts while boosting dissemination activities. One highlight is its ongoing survey on Career Paths, designed to generate quantitative insights into career trajectories, sector transitions, career breaks, and geographic mobility. This data will inform analyses of regional gaps and mobility trends, culminating in recommendations for EU policymakers to shape the future of the EU space sector.

The consortium has actively contributed to prominent space industry events, including the International Aeronautical Congress in Milan, Space Tech Europe in Bremen, and the 14th EASN International Conference.
