Get ready to launch your summer into orbit.

From 4–12 July 2026, the Technical University of Crete (TUC) with the support of EASN welcomes students and young professionals to Chania for the annual TUC Space Summer School. It is an intensive program designed for students and young professionals ready to deepen their expertise in the space sector.

 

Over the course of nine dynamic days, participants will engage with a broad spectrum of space disciplines, including Engineering, Earth Observation, Navigation and Telecommunication, Space Robotics, Astronomy, Space Mining, Space Architecture, Space Law and Management, and Human Performance in space environments. The program combines expert lectures, practical sessions, and direct interaction with leading researchers.

 

Beyond the classroom, reflecting the vibrant spirit of Crete, learning is an adventure that doesn't stay indoors! The social itinerary features immersive experiences, including a boat trip to Gavdos, overnight camping and night-sky observations. Participants will also enjoy guided tours of TUC’s state-of-the-art laboratories and an authentic introduction to Cretan flavors and heritage.
