The European Aerospace Science Network (EASN) was proud to participate in AERODAYS 2025, Europe’s flagship event for aviation research and innovation. As an active contributor to the advancement of European aeronautics community, EASN was present both as an exhibitor and as a key participant in several high-level panel discussions.
Throughout the event, the EASN booth served as a dynamic meeting point for stakeholders from academia, industry, and policymaking. Visitors had the opportunity to engage with EASN representatives, explore ongoing initiatives, and discover opportunities for collaboration in cutting-edge aeronautics research.

In addition, the EASN Chairmen played an active role in several insightful panel discussions, bringing academic perspectives to strategic conversations on the future of aviation.
Notably, the EASN Chairman, Prof. Andreas Strohmayer, participated in a high-level panel discussion, "A new European aviation agenda for future aviation research," an engaging exchange between esteemed representatives of the industrial and scientific community in aeronautics towards clear roadmaps that respond to the current challenges in securing aviation competitiveness.

Furthermore, the EASN Honorary Chairman, Prof. Spiros Pantelakis, successfully moderated the session on “Education – how to attract new students and new engineers,” featuring esteemed experts from across the European aeronautics scientific community. The discussion focused on the critical need to inspire and support the next generation of engineers and researchers in aviation.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the AERODAYS 2025 organizers for delivering such an impactful event. It was a privilege for EASN to contribute to this vibrant exchange of ideas and to reaffirm our commitment to fostering innovation, collaboration, and academic excellence in aeronautics.
