As part of EASN's ongoing collaboration with the Aerospace Journal, we are glad to announce this year's Aerospace Travel Award, a competition initially launched in 2017. It is presented every year to encourage junior scientists to present their latest research findings, whether theoretical, fundamental and applied, at academic conferences in the field of aerospace science, engineering and technology, helping to boost their profile. 

The Prize: CHF 500 and Certificate

Number of Winners: 2

Eligibility: Postdoctoral fellows or PhD students, planning to attend an international conference in 2026.

Application deadline: 30 April 2026
Winner announcement: 31 May 2026

We encourage prospective applicants to participate in the competition and seize this incredible opportunity to gain international recognition of their work. The winners can showcase their research by giving an oral presentation or presenting a poster at the 16th EASN International Conference in Toulouse, the global aerospace hub, and join a premier network of scientists and executives dedicated to launching the next generation of diverse talent.
