Enhanced Pilot Interfaces & Interactions for fighter Cockpit

The EPIIC consortium recently hosted its Annual Event 2025 at Thales’ facilities in Mérignac, bringing together nearly 100 participants, including representatives from the European Commission and the French, German, Swedish, and Spanish Ministries of Defence. Over two impactful days, the consortium aligned on project results, shared progress across all workstreams, and showcased more than 35 technology mock-ups, highlighting the growing maturity of EPIIC’s developments.

The event underscored EPIIC’s commitment to shaping the future of pilot-centred cockpit solutions in Europe. From adaptive interfaces and crew monitoring systems to virtual assistants and eyes-out concepts, the showcased technologies demonstrate how integrated, user-focused solutions are transforming modern cockpit operations.
