The preparations for the 15th EASN Conference, taking place in Madrid on 14-17 October 2025, are well underway. This highly anticipated event, co-organized by the EASN Association and the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería Aeronáutica y del Espacio (ETSIAE) of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), promises to be a milestone gathering for the aerospace community.
The EASN Conference series serves as the primary dissemination hub for research projects. At this year’s edition, more than 100 projects from the aviation and space sectors will be actively represented, showcasing their latest achievements.
Above 650 submissions for presentation slots have been received, reflecting the high level of interest and engagement from the aerospace community. Appreciation is extended to all those who have submitted their work for consideration. Contributions will be presented either in oral or poster format.
The preliminary agenda for the conference is currently under development and is expected to be announced by the end of July.
The Plenary Sessions, including keynote speeches and discussion panels, have already been announced on the conference website. These sessions will feature prominent experts from the aerospace sector and are expected to provide invaluable insights. In brief, the plenary program consists of:
